The above trade marks are used in connection with:

Any use of these trade marks must be authorised by Asbestos Compliance Limited.
Unauthorised Use

- Misrepresentation of affiliation or endorsement
may constitute trade mark infringement.

Permitted Use
Third parties may only use these trade marks where:
- Prior written permission has been obtained; or
- A formal licensing or partnership agreement is in place
